Opened as the Berry Creek Cafe in 1985, the location was purchased by In Thyme in 2017.  Supported by one of the premier catering and food service companies in the metro NYC area, the location was expanded, renovated and rebranded as the In Thyme Cafe. In Thyme Cafe has become well-known for its vibrant flavors, friendly atmosphere, and made-to-order dishes.
